Abstract
Routine interventional radiology practice is full of adventures and stress. All of IRs are facing with several observations that make them very interesting and teachingful. In a fully experienced hands, it is mandatory to document the work and present in IR gatherings. In this case review we present different IR works in different organ systems including the central nervous system, GI, pancreato hepatobilliary, cardiopulmonary, GYN and GU systems and discuss the cases with other colleagues and receive their recomengations
