New developments in breast imaging resulted in early detection of small non palpable breast lesions which need image guided biopsy to proved or exclude malignancy. Different techniques and different deedless could be used for breast biopsy according to indication, size and type of lesion. In this talk we will discuss different available needles and different image guided techniques including FNA, core biopsy, vacuum assisted biopsy, RF ablation and HIFU. Also advantages and disadvantages of each method will be presented.
