Diagnosing simple liver cysts seems very easy. It may be more like a myth that you consider a cyst as a simple cyst and try to drain it, but the cyst comes out after draining the hydatid. The patient is a 24-year-old soldier who was diagnosed with a simple liver cyst and was admitted to the hospital for cyst drainage under ultrasound guidance
