Abstract

Endoscopic endonasal transspenoidal surgery is commonly used to treat pituitary tumors. Complication rates for the aforementioned technique are relatively low, and the majority of them appear early in the postoperative period. Among them, hormonal abnormalities are the most frequent, while anatomical complications were less observed. we report a rare case of delayed asymptomatic herniation of anterior mesial floor of the frontal lobe (Gyrus Rectus) into the sella.
